Team Questus!

The shirts have been made, the smack talking has been talked, and last night, the long awaited Team Questus bowling team took to the lanes. The high score of the night was a tie between Jessica and Jeff K. at 150. The fastest ball throw was thrown by Jeff K. at 21 miles per hour. Good ball speed Jeff.
As far as other awards go, Jimmy gets best mexican after drinking 5 tequilla shots for the night, Jordan wins the most mozeralla sticks eaten award, and finally, Ann Marie wins the award for most accuracy after throwing the ball backwards at two small children.
Worst Resumé Ever Created

This resume was faxed over to the New York office yesterday. I know times are rough, but seriously!?
It’s bad enough to fax your resume, but to have hand written spelling corrections too…. it’s just over the top. I really hope this is some kind of practical joke.

New Commercial For Philips
Sweet new commercial for Philips ambi-light TV, directed by Adam Berg (not sure if I’m supposed to know who that is). Check out the Philips website too. They have in-frame commentary by the Director and DOP on how the thing was made.
ToneMatrix
Wow. I particularly thought of Justin with this one.

Click or unclick the boxes to create your own looping track. It’s fun to try all sorts of combinations. Spacebar to clear, right-click to copy and paste your creation. It’s super-addictive. If you poke around this guy’s site, you’ll find lots of other cool stuff, too. It would be awesome to start incorporating more sound into our stuff. And the creativity and personal joy this captures could have cool implications with clients like Autodesk. Enjoy!
The New Math
Designer Craig Damrauer creates one of these funny summerized interpertations of life occurances in the form of math equations and posts them to his website each week.
Cute Robot on a Mission

Just caught this online. An NYU student (Kacie Kinzer) created this little baby robot that has a sign hanging off of him announcing his desired destination, and a motor that can only drive him forward. He put the little guy in different spots around New York city and then watched what people would do. Makes for an interesting social expeirement. Will random people help him get to where he needs to go. There’s a video too:
